Description

This German engineered kit is completely Plug-N-Play and will replace the OEM steptronic shifter with an illuminated BMW DCT shifter. Time and effort was taken to develop a circuit board, which allows for OEM like functionality and permits the shifter to turn off when the vehicle goes to sleep. This is a very important feature, as it prevents the vehicle from having high battery drain issues, which can lead to costly replacement of the battery.

Options Explained:
Traffic Direction - Which side is your steering wheel located on when sitting inside the vehicle?
Trim - "DCT Baseplate" allows for replacement of your baseplate with a DCT baseplate.* (Currently Not Available)
Trim - "Manual Boot" allows for replacement of your baseplate with a manual shifter boot.
Vehicle Build Date - Enter the date that your vehicle was manufactured in the format MM/YY.

* The DCT baseplate option also requires replacement of the center console trim.
