5 of 5 What Saitek should have done in the first place! December 9, 2016

I can't speak highly enough about this modification and Roger's customer service!

It has been almost a year since I purchased the self install kit for all 3 of my radios and my multi panel. By the end of January I had not yet started the installation, due to life intervening. On 2/1,  Roger offered to install the encoders for free if I was to pay for shipping - a very gracious offer! By 2/10 they were back in my hands. Talk about quick turnaround!

Unfortunately, my flight simulator has been packed away until recently. About a week ago, I finally got it up and running again. This is the first I have use it since Roger performed the life-saving surgery. All I can say is WOW! This is how this gear should have behaved from the start. Shame on you Saitek! And thanks to MotiveMods for coming to the rescue! These work great now.

Anyone who owns one or more of these panels owes it to themselves to get this modification done ASAP. It is totally worth the money and you won't regret it!

For me, the tactile feedback and added precision add to the immersion factor. The ease of shipping the units out and letting MM do the upgrades for me makes this one of the best product/services for enhancing my flight sim experience, thus far. My Saitek panel has been converted from a toy to a piece of Professional grade instrumentation. I love it.
