  Return Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is shipped incorrectly, defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. All returns must be approved in advance by emailing support@motivemods.com. Refused packages will not automatically be considered a merchandise return, and no credit to customers charge card will be issued. Our strict quality control policy prohibits us from reselling returned halogen or xenon light bulbs. As a result, we can not accept returns on these products. All sales on these items are final. Bulbs with manufacturer defects will gladly be exchanged. Re-sending a refused package will require an additional shipping fee. All custom made or manufactured products such as retrofits of any kind can not be returned as they are made specifically for each customer. Returned merchandise may be subject to a 20% restocking fee at the discretion of MotiveMods.

Shipping prices are calculated based on shipping weight and current provider rates. All domestic shipments include Delivery Confirmation, which allows online verification of delivery date and time.
All orders require 24-48 hours processing time before shipping. MotiveMods does not guarantee same day shipping although in most cases we ship on the same day the order is placed.
